Who we are

This policy explains what personal data we collect through adecnova.com and our channels, what we use it for, and the rights you have over it.

What data we collect

Data you give us directly: when you fill out the contact form (name, email, phone, message), write to us on WhatsApp (your number and the conversation), or book a call via Calendly (name, email, and time slot).

Site usage data: we use Meta Pixel and analytics tools that record pages visited, device, browser, and interaction data in aggregate, via cookies and similar technologies (see Cookie Policy).

We do not collect sensitive categories of data (health, biometrics, etc.) through the site.

How we use your data

To answer your inquiries and coordinate calls or demos; to deliver the services you hire; to send you information about our services when you asked for it; and to measure and improve the site and our campaigns.

We do not sell your personal data. Ever.

Who we share data with

Only with the vendors that run our operation: site hosting and analytics (Vercel), database (Neon), messaging (WhatsApp/Meta and Twilio for SMS), advertising and measurement (Meta), scheduling (Calendly), and email. Each vendor processes data under its own terms and only as needed to deliver the service.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

SMS and WhatsApp messages — consent and opt-out

If you check the SMS consent box on our contact form, you agree to receive SMS text messages from Adec Nova LLC related to your inquiry and our services (appointment reminders, booking confirmations, and account notifications). Separately, if you check the WhatsApp consent box, you agree to receive WhatsApp messages for the same purposes. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or get assistance by replying HELP. You can also write to contact@adecnova.com.

Your phone number and your messaging consent are NOT shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in information is never sold or transferred to anyone. We use Twilio solely as the technical provider for message delivery.

How long we keep it

Contact data and business conversations are kept while there is an active or potential relationship, and deleted upon request. Client data tied to contracted services is kept as required by applicable accounting and tax obligations.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to contact@adecnova.com. If you are in Virginia (VCDPA), California (CCPA/CPRA), or another jurisdiction with an applicable privacy law, we honor those rights under the corresponding law, without discriminating against you for exercising them.

Minors

Our services are aimed at businesses and people over 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we publish the new version on this page with its update date. Significant changes are communicated through our usual channels.
